Ten Quebecois and French writers wrote the lyrics of the next French album of Celine Dion, who will be supervised by Jean-Jacques Goldman.

 

Three Quebecois and seven French famours female writers composed the lyrics of the new songs of Celine Dion. It is what Rene Angelil revealed with the Newspaper this week.

 

The next French album of the singer will be born in nearly one year. Launching is scheduled for August 25, 2007. The team of Celine Dion and Rene Angelil has worked on this project, in any discretion, for already a year.

 

It is at the time of a buffet in Paris with the editor George Mary that the idea germinated. Mr. Angélil wished an idea different for the next lyrics from Celine. Together they conceived this original project.

 

Recorded in Vegas

The lyrics of the songs are already finished and approved by the singer and her business manager. As for the musics, they are composed by the usual team French composers of Celine Dion in Paris and will be supervised by Jean-Jacques Goldman.

 

The recording of the album will be carried out in Las Vegas, as that occurred for album 1 fille & 4 types. Jean-Jacques Goldman, invaluable collaborator of Celine since the album D'eux, since 1995 and which made sales records of 6 million copies worldwide, there will be.

 

Goldman which composed some of the most beautiful songs of Celine, in particular Pour que tu m'aimes encore and S'il suffisait d'aimer, will be present from the beginning till the end of the project. It could also act by way of realizer for a song.

 

Names later

There will be at least ten songs on this new album. The exact number remains however to be determined. Rene Angelil does not want for the moment to reveal any name of these women of letters, novelist or biographers who wrote for Céline. He explains why the happy ones elected were selected for the subtlety of their writing and he estimates that the texts especially designed for Céline are splendid.

Celine will release a new French album in 2007. Ten prominent female writers from Quebec and France wrote the lyrics and a team of famous French composers are working on the music for the upcoming album. Jean-Jacques Goldman will be overseeing the album. It will be recorded in Las Vegas and is scheduled to be released in Fall 2007. Stay tuned to Celinedion.com for more details!
