Celine's mom has an art gallery?!

I was in Montreal earlier this week and as I was browsing through a local paper I saw that an artist was having work shown at the "Therese Dion Art Gallery."

I'm assuming this is Celine's mom's gallery, or at least named after her. I was going to go see it but unfortunately never got there. Does anyone know the history of this? Is it new?

I'm an idiot! I just went to that link you provided and it's obviously not related to Celine's mom! Dion is a fairly common name in Quebec, but I thought maybe the gallery had something to do with one of Celine's family members. Maybe it's a distant relative!

It happend something similar to me a few weeks ago.

 

There's this canadian gymnast called Catherine Dion and my first thought when I heard her name was: is she related to Céline. But after I saw her picture I ruled out after I saw her picture. Couldn't look more different than the whole Dion family.
