Billboard Awards 1996 & 1997

Hello guys.

 

I'm kinda confused right now... I know Celine was present at the 1996 and 1997 Billboard Awards and I know she performed "All by myself". But in what year? I have 3 pictures of the Billboard Aawards, please clear this out for me... I would only like to know the year and the song she performed...

are you sure she performed ABM in 96 and 97 in the Billboard Awards. The 2nd and 3rd look really similar.

You're right!

It cannot be 1997, because December 1997 was after LTAL was released and her hair is much much longer!

 

Let me confirm :

 

The first one was DEFINITELY the Bambi Awards held in November of 1996. Her hair looks very similar because America's Billboard Awards are held normally about three weeks to one month after Germany's Bambi Awards.

 

And the 2nd and 3rd are absolutely from December 1996 at the Billboard Awards, which is captured and broadcasted by Fox. Celine wore the golden gown on the red carpet so all the cameras would be on her as she "sexy" her way through the red carpet, blowing kisses. If she wore her suit down the red carpet, she'd be arrested by the Fashion Police and we would have never seen her perform :mdr: Anyway... But for the performance, she had to get out that $10,000 gown and to show her might and power, she got into her skin-tight leather outfit to show that she's Superwoman, performing one of the most powerful songs in the history of music!
