This song is very beautiful and Celine sounded so nice and brilliant in this duet...can anyone in this forum...let me know the song"Chante" is original recorded by who? and can i have the French lyric of the song and also english translation of it.....i cant stop listen to this beautiful song....and Celine just PERFECT....and Marilou not bad too....Pls....pls......really needed hekp in the lyric translation....zillion thanks

Now that I've listened to the song, I've noticed that Marilou sings in the third line

"Tu peux grandir dans des draps de soie et croiser une guerre" and that's

"you can grow in the cloth of silk and find a war"; also this live version apparently lacks the last part of the original

Thank you very much....now i can sing along with them and before i get to know the meaning of this song and after singing along with ur english traslation...i am so much in love with this song.....zillion thanks....merci beaucop....

I just finished downloaded the video of this song "Chante" please forgive me for my poor english....i just want to said that....Celine granted lives to this song. When i heard Marilou singing this song...i cant feel the spirit of this song.....and when i watched Celine slowy move her step to be on stage and start beliting the 2nd verse of the song "Tu peux vivre en croyant avoir tout et perdre l'essentiel

Et n'oublie jamais ça" immediately i can feel the soul and spirit of the song....to be more accurate in describing how i feel....it was like Celine flawless vocal cord make the song so much different.....not to say that Marilou not good but is just like magic...Celine voice light up the entire song and make the song alive....em....just like I will only agree Contre Nature will be only good when Celine sang it and no one can re-record the song and granted lives to that song like our Celine did.....She is always my super DIVA on earth.... Sometime i really cant explain why but Celine voice really can make a song filled with sipirt, soul and lives.... Hope all of you understanhd what i trying to said here...Cheers
