Now I have seen it a million times and just realized the graphic is that of a sound wave. I believe this sound wave has meaning. It was most likley cut from one of Celine's songs. The question is, what song. Does anyone have any info on this possibility? Quote

Looks like the graphic designers just looked at any old sound wave and modified it so that the middle would be empty for her shillouette. It makes it looke a bit like lips. There's a visual setting on Windows Media that looks very similar to it.
