Celine's white blouse is made by Balenciaga, I'm sure of it. Gwyneth Paltrow wore a similar dress to the Oscars when she was preggers.

The one you mean is Gwyneth Paltrow on the 63rd Annual Golden Globes, 16 Jan 2006. The top looks similar, but not exactly the same.

I really like it! I dont know how it looks with the leather pants but the top is awesome. They probably took that design I posted and altered it a bit for Celine so she can move with it easily on stage.
