American Idol auditions are in Jersey on Monday! I`m not sure if I want to do it again...I`ve tried out twice already and haven`t made it...what do you guys think?

How far did you make it the last two times?

I use to live near Rutherford and I would have gone to offer my support if you decided to try again.

Aw thanks everybody...I appreciate your support The first two times I only made it to the first round..so maybe 3 times the charm! I was thinking of singing 'Cryin` by Roy Orbison...I`ll post a clip of me doing it in the Idol section of the forum...or if you guys have any other suggestions...I`d rather not do Celine though because everyone and thier uncle sings her...but we`ll see

yeah its continental this year unfortunately...I don`t think they`ll do it here anymore because so many people show up and it disrupts everything

so what is the process like? how many rounds of auditions do you have to go through to get to see the judges?

its such a pain its a lot a lot of waiting, I slept on the street one year and I paid for it in my audition because it was in the middle of winter and freezing...but can be fun because you meet some really cool people (some annoying ones too lol). But you have to go through like 2 rounds before you`re infront of Simon...Paula and Randy don`t come until they start taping (so I hear).

I hear they're coming to Birmingham, AL...where I"m at college. I mean, I'm sure they expect to find ANOTHER Alabama star, since we have been in the top 2 so many times.

i dont think so. simon's the most busy out of ALL of them. i think none are there untill they start filming.
