well i know where the tickets are but there ytou can only choose the four main sectors but how can i get the row and the seat?

You can't. the system give row and seat randomly. better try many times till you get the seat you want when tickets just start selling.

how can i distinguish/ differentiate the name of the row and seat?

Rows are in letters, seats are in numbers of 3 digits..:)

But it will all explain itself when you're ordering..
