The responsible bodies of the Parisian Musée Grévin decided to give Céline's wax figure, which should represent Céline during the 1999 "Au Coeur Du Stade" concerts, a new haircut. Explanatory statement: The figure should look more like Céline nowadays. You can see the very debatable result on the picture above.

The other one was already "mwah", but this one is even worse.. :ermm:

She now looks like a (Barbie) doll even more!

 

If they want to have present-day Céline, why didn't they model it like that from the beginning.. :whistling:

OH MY GOSH!!!

She does look more like Barbie! Soon, the museum is going to start selling miniature versions as plastic dolls for the museum visitors!

 

 

If Celine ever decides to do her cropped cut again, will they bring Ken Paves in to give her hair a trim 'n' bleach treatment???? :mdr: :mdr:

That statue looks even wierder now than before. They should had put that hair on the one in Vegas instead...

It's also weird because now it looks like the haircut she presently has... but the statue still wears 1999 clothes! :ermm: (whereas at that time she had straight hair)...

 

 

It is as if they put short blond hair (as in ONE HEAT videoclip) to the Vegas statue, which wears the Oscar 98 dress! :unsure:

I just don't get it. Why would they attempt to put her hair from today on her body from 1999? Bad idea....and it looks worse. :down:

I also thought the whole point was to show how Céline looked in 1999, and the one in Vegas represents her "Titanic" period. They've ruined the Paris statue. Ugh! :confusedsmiley:

I dont understand....they wanted to make her look like her 1999 ACDS concert look, but then they mix it with the hair she has today. How is that supposed to make sense exactly?
