I was talking with my friend yesterday and she was wondering if René still has family in Lebanon, since his roots are Lebanese/Syrian. The situation in that area must be disturbing him as well. It is possible, maybe far away-family, nieces or uncles or things like that? Does anyone know?

As far as I know the answer is no. His family is in Quebec. Maybe some very distant relatives are still in Lebanon...
