Tra i produttori ed autori delle canzoni di Josh molti nomi noti: Richard Page (autore di "Sleep Tight" e "In Some Small Way"), Walter Afanasieff (produttore di "My Heart Will Go On", per citarne una), David Foster, Mark Portmann (produttore di "Aun Existe Amor" ed autore della inedita "Isabella", co-scritta da Céline).
