here are my observations:

tone: ok

pitch: genrally good; congratulations

emotion: not enough

tecnhique: no vibrato whatsoever; your singing is rather dull and monotonous

accent: not good; this distracts the listener from what you're singing

the bottom line: it's a decent performance, but i would have to say that it definitely leans on the boring side; maybe song selection would be something to consider here; this is not my favourite CELINE song (far from it!), but i just feel that you did not to this song hardly any justice to this song

 

i hope this helps you; you have potential, i believe...!
