Promotion isn't a factor or a sign for a quality phenomenal album. If the album would be well made it'd sold by itself - video Madonna's Confessions in Europe. It is still selling pretty well! And the gap between Céline and Madonna there isn't as huge as it used to be. It's only "big" now.

Billy's version of OOR is GREAT! Much better than the echo in Céline's version. But I still prefer the video to OOR where our Celione looked like an anorexic dark room model aka Dion Goddess. I loved that! LOL!

Oh it most definately is. I know PLENTY of fantastic/'phenomenal' albums out there.. but unfortunately, because there's no promotion, most people don't even know it's out there. No matter how much quality an album has, if people don't know it's there, it won't matter anyway (especially these days).

my gawd!! madonna scared me to hell with her live cd... her vocals were so bad!!! it makes céline still sounds chrystal clear on Live in Las Vegas

 

but your right... although I don't really understand why... COTD is a good album, but not half of what ray of light was

 

DYGEL is great because it shows the dominate Céline

Dejvej, please, I mean PUHLEASSSSSSSSSSSSSE. The Vegas CD has the best live production and sound out of all Céline's live CDs. It's indeed crystal clear... Céline's voice on the other hand sounds tired.

I'm talking about "doing/performing Phenomenal". Whether an album is phenomenal is entirely subjective.
