Buying Birthday present

It's my Physics teacher (Who looks a bit like Celine)'s birthday next week, and I think I'm going to give her a present but I can't think of one (she doesn't know that I knew her birthday yet). Could you guys help me?

I want to buy her a CG lesson book because I'm going to teach her Photoshop, Illustrator and FLASH. When I kinda asked her whether she likes reading or not, she said she does. But when she knows what kind of book I meant to say she said she doesn't want it. She needs a "teacher" who can teaches her techniques. But I think that she really needs a book for a sideline reading. Would she be happy when she open the present???

hm...how bout this. you buy the book, not for your teacher but for yourself to read. then you learn and teach her the techniques. this would be a better gift than a book that she doesnt want to read.
