Is this a fake CD I have bought?

I bought this 6 CD set about 2 years ago from Ebay. Its called Celine Dion A new day ... The Ultimate Collection Vol 1 and Vol 2. Its six disc set. Im enclosing a scan of one of the CDs. Although its got the Columbia logo on it, Im not entirely sure if it is a fake. If it is a fake, then its a very good one. Can someone take a look. I have never seen it advertised elsewhere.

Obviously it is. I'm sorry. No catalogue number, no copyright claim.... This one even isn't a professionally made fake item.

Thats really annoyed me. I paid about £60 for it and in other words its worthless. I did wonder if it was a fake cos there was no catalogue number for it but its quite well made and not an obvious fake at first sight.

I'm sorry to hear you paid so much money for that.. I always see fake DVD's at ebay for HUGE amounts of money.. just saw a "falling into you"-dvd for about 100 (!!) dollars.. I really really hope the ones who bid know it's fake, but bid because they wan't the concerts..

Yes, it's fake! You have to be very careful who you buy from. LOTS of phony CDs/DVDs floating around. If you have any questions - e-mail the seller first. Ask if the items are home-made CDRs and if not, the catalog numbers! Do some research and find out if it is official. This forum has quite a few collectors... and we are always willing to help out! If the seller doesn't answer you... you will KNOW they are FAKE!

 

BUT on the OTHER HAND... some of the Songs & Remixes that are listed on the CDs you bought are hard to find. It's not always about the collectors' value or resale value. So if they are of excellent CD quality--- ENJOY the music!

YES THAT IS A FAKE YOU SHOULD REPORT THE PERSON TO EBAY FOR SELLING A FAKE CD WITHOUT A LICENSE AND WITHOUT A COPYRIGHT PERMISSION,I SEE THEM ALL THE TIME.
