No, I believe in you. It was just a lil' curiosity. E.g. La Voix Du Bon Dieu is reported as "on reservation", it should mean that if you wanted this album you should have booked it in a music shop, I suppose. At least, they didn't copy this.

I need desperately few scans of the book "25 ans d'amour". Does anyone have it?

I need scans of the pages with album sales, and also ISBN number of this book.

Could anyone help me with this?

No I think.. in 25 Ans D'amour they said 185M and in an official video from Sony (created before TC album period) they said she sold 15M just in the last 3 years. Includig TC and My Love album and everything else.. Celine is over 200M already, I'm sure.

It's either you take Sony's claim at face value or lean toward the figures from independent sources.

IDK how much she sold, but I'm sure it's a ton, and I'd say that if someone else sold more albums, wouldn't other people, aside from the fans say so? [speaking of Madonna] idk. IDC either, they say it, I'm inclined to believe it. I don't think that's blind faith as it's not just Celine, or Rene, or Oprah, lol, wma and all that. Ok I don´t understand why they don´t have subtitles on her french stuff since it is very clear that she sells more albums in the non french speaking market. Even her french albums sell more in the non french speaking market!

 

I just think she or her people focus a lot more on her french market than the international market. With all the special french interviews and documentaries.

Its my belief that in most cases when you get a figure like 200 million it is with albums that are shipped, it is so difficult to be conclusive with album sales as there are a lot (and I mean a lot) of countries where sales figures are unknown.

 

This book has came out and it has given as official as the actual sales figures can be. 185 million sounds right howver you now have

ML 1.5 million,

Delles 700,000

Best (japan) 200,000

TC 3.5 million

 

7.4 Million

 

this would give a figure of APPROX (and I use this lightly) 192.5million albums worldwide.....so there you have it, not far APPROX off 200 Million.

 

ON TOP OF THIS FIGURE YOU HAVE THE BEST OFS (IN FRENCH) THAT COME OUT OFTEN SELLING 100, 000 COPIES EACH WORLDWIDE SO ITS NEARLY THERE i WOULD THINK

Exactly so surely we are looking at more actual sales than 200 million.

 

Does the book count the Music Club figure which are in the millions also?
