Who've seen The Piano by Elton?

Well, I saw the special on TV. Where Celine's show is very serious and sometimes very dry, Elton's show is rather a non-stop party. It's very high energy, very loud, very 'rockin'. If I had money in Vegas, I'd rather see Elton than Celine, actually, ever though I'm not an Elton fan. You know, big lights, big music, big pictures flying on the screen...giant round balloons that fall from the ceiling, a whole lot of dancing in your seat. It's has a very fun atmosphere, and very different from Celine's 'theatrical' type show.

 

I wouldn't say it's better...but very different. I suppose it depends on what you're in the mood for.

Interesting. I LOVED his HEART gala segment with Céline. The screen was used so well to underline the song and his iano playing skills.

I saw the special on TV, too. But, I would put my money on Céline. I've loved Elton forever... since Levon... BUT Céline rules my WORLD!!

And no, I have not seen Elton's "The Piano" but I'm going to see him next summer
