Bonjour,

 

Je voudrais savoir si quelqu'un a déjà rencontré le problème que je viens d'avoir en essayant de télécharger le videoclip de Céline et Marc Dupré. J'ai mis le nouveau mot de passe, mais en lecture, je me retrouve systématiquement devant un écran noir. Jusqu'à présent, ça marchait bien, mais là c'est la panique ! En plus, quand j'essaie de recommencer, on me dit que je n'ai pas droit à plus de 2 connexions. J'ai écrit aux administrateurs, mais ils ne me répondent pas.

Si vous pouviez m'aider, ce serait sympa, parce que je suis dingue de Céline et ne pas avoir cette vidéo, ça me rend malade

Thanks a lot I have already try 4 or 5 times but, there is always nothing. It didn't work and I don't understand why. I try when they will change the password. What do you think about ?

maybe you could try to use download manager such as flashget, getright to download. I don't know how to fix this problem, it happens randomly to different people. but we must use it to keep our server healthy.

It's very kind of you to answer me, but unfortunatly, I don't understand all that you say about download. My problem is appeared when the password has been changed, until then all worked perfectly. I'm very desapointed. Now I'm afraid it never doesn't work anymore. I try every day. I reply to the topic, after I write the first password, then the second, I'm waiting for the connexion and my sceen is black. I don't see "encoded by...", nothing at all, black, always black !!! I can't see my Céline. I'm so sad

 

As a matter of fact, is it necessery to reply every time when I want to download ?

Do you save the password ?
