It's a try-out-version of Microsoft's newest Windows operationg system, something a la Windows 95 in 2006.

 

It's not worth it, tho. Knowing me I'll install the full version when it comes out but will use it only for games.

To be honest it is. My antipathy towards Microsoft comes from the fact that they have promised SO MUCH and the final product that will ship in the winter 2006 will have only 40% of what they have been promising for YEARS now.

 

I bet the system will be just fine but it was suppsed to be a revolutionary change - unfortunately it isn't. Just imagine a functioning Wiundows XP computer with a firewall and a nicer graphic interface = Windows Vista.

Yes, but we will get the fully Ultimate version in the fall anyway when it will be shipped to big companies. Early 2007 is only for the retail - as if we would pay for such a "revolutionary new OS".
