Team Celine Ticket Limits

Does anyone really have a clue as to how the ticket limits are calculated? Here is the reply I received from TC...

So, I purchased 2 tickets in August of 05 and 2 tickets in Dec of 05. Total of 4. The new show year starts in April of 06 according to TC. Last April I was denied the ability to purchase more than 4 tickets (for an August 06 show) as that would put me over the 8 ticket limit. Is something a miss here? Seems to me they were still counting the previous ticket purchases from the "previous" show year that (according to TC), ended at the end of March. Do you guys see it that way?

I was denied the ability to purchase tickets as well in April (because I was said to have reached my limit of 8 for 1 performance year; but the last tickets I´d bought were for September 2005). First I´ve contacted ticketmaster about it, because I thought it was a mistake, but there was nothing that they could do about it (I got 3 different answers from 3 different persons....). Then, totally frustrated, I´ve contacted Teamceline and it turned out to be a mistake of the system.... Just like you said, they were still counting the previous ticket purchases from the "previous" show year. Anyway, they´ve called ticketmaster about it -and now I´m able to purchase tickets again.

So what I would do if I were you (if you still wanna get tickets) is contact Teamceline again and explain your situation (if you haven´t already done that of course...). I think this could be a mistake as well.... Good luck!
