Celine mentioned in WE TV Movie

I am watching a movie right now on Women's Entertainment Television, WE....

 

And the movie is titled "Prom Queen."

 

It is about a gay boy in high school who wanted to bring his boyfriend and it was in a cathloic hich school so they were telling them that no, he could not bring his boyfriend because he was gay and the bible says......

 

So, it is not even 15 minutes into the movie yet and they've mentioned Celine twice already!

 

First time he was telling his parents that he was gay. The mother looks up and in a French accent she looks at him and says "Michael.... look at you. Your hair is blue, and in your room there's a Celine Dion poster on your door....we know!"

 

And then there is another part where a couple of his buddies are making him a website to support that he should be able to bring his boyfriend.... and there are pictures of "the triangle, rainbows.....Celine Dion...."

 

Couldn't help but smile.
