From what I can remember, the time that Tell Him was shown on TOTP it was the Music Video premier not the live performance. I do not know of any live performance of that song, at least not with both performers together. I believe both Barbra and Celine have done "virtual duets" where they have performed live at their own concerts and had a video playback of the other singer - similar to the ATW performance which has just been added to the show in Las Vegas.
