ST:TNG is my favorite! Patrick Stewart is such a hottie!

I am a diehard Trekkie fan! Yes, Patrick Stewart is sexy Initially, I wasn't sure if "Next Generation" would be as exciting as the original. I was hooked after the first season! I recently saw the pilot for the first time. The character Q was always Picard's biggest nemesis

 

Did you ever watch "Enterprise" and if so what did you think of series? I wasn't happy how the producers ended the program. I like Scott Bacula,but not my favorite Star Trek captain. He was great in "Quantum Leap".

 

Rumor has it that there maybe prequel to Star Trek. James T Kirks entering Star Fleet-blah, blah, blah. Not too sure of the details.

Voyager is my second favorite ST venture! Unfortunately, the TV stations in my area only aired the first season (enough to get me hooked!), so I bought some of the VHS video tapes to feed my addiction!

 

I have ALL of the Original series, & TNG on video. I have about 4 seasons of Voyager. I'm such a dork...I pull out my videos on occasion and have a Trek home Marathon! I'm a BAD mother.... I got my kids addicted to Star Trek, too!

 

I have never seen Enterprise with Scott Bacula. They air it at like 2-3 a.m. here. I agree that he was great in Quantum Leap, though!

 

I don't visit any sci-fi chat boards - only Céline ones.

But I do check sites for updates to see if another movie or series is coming out.

 

Rumor has it that a new series IS in the works - Starfleet Academy! It would have younger actors/actresses and would attract a wide demographic. It would be so awesome if some of the cast from the other series would be professors or alumni!

 

And I want to THANK GOD for Spike TV (DS9 & TNG) and G4TV (Original Series & TNG) for keeping the Trek series alive!

I belong to this another source, and a lot of the Kate fans went to that thing to see her!

 

I met her when I was 16 at the Vegas con, and then again when I was 19 last Spt. when she did Tea At Five here in LA.

Yes I saw a few people with Tea At Five t-shirts, but alas I didn't actually know much about it other than it was a play... I saw her last month in sunny Milton Keynes in England, and the night before in the play "The Exonerated" - she did some great hammy acting! lol Is it just me or has her voice gotten even deeper???

 

You should go to this summers con Creation, everyone is going to be there - its the 40th anniversary. And of course, you could finish up that trip with a lil' visit to the palace - that's what I'm doing!

Janeway and Celine really do have the same facial expressions sometimes!! Its all in the eyebrows and the dramatic "dip turns" - ever noticed those? Celine does it on IACBTMN. They are truly the great ambassadors of humanity! hehehe better than Neelix any day.
