Here're two pics I took of a flower and a lime (or an orange, I think), in my back yard! I'm a total amature at this, so please don't hate me if ya think these pics are horrid Click on a thumb to enlarge the pics. The shadows in the second photo are excellent...the picture is primarily green and yet there are so many different shades playing with each other there. I also love the reflection of light you have on the flower's leaves in the first photo, and the pink flower being accented by the unfocused pink in the background. Beautiful pics. Besides, I'm working on taking some pics right now. The only problem is, is that Orlando has no where natural to take great pics (at least not what I know of). Maybe I should see how far photography will take me in life. What do you guys think? I found a charger in the clearence section for $5 at walmart some years ago with 2 bonus batteries (they are usually about $10 -- not bad compaired to the disposable battery price), and I bought 8 batteries for $16 for Vegas a year later. Endless batteries! Wootay! So many beautiful photos, you should join some groups(pools) and send some of your pix there! I just LOVE Flickr, it's so much fun. Problem is, is that Orlando is plop down right in the middle of Florida, so there's not beach or waterfront, or ocean anywhere close by. Whoever took the photos for the ANDHC booklet did an AWSOME job!! That's my most favourite CD booklet in the world!!
