I had proposed Naked, but looking at it over and over i realize that it's quite in slow motion. I think they should definately put this video - the full version - on Stand By Your Side. I just love that song, and it is about love between man and woman, so it can be as sexy as it is. And i still really believe it wasn't supposed to be for Goodbye initially. Anybody would see how it would not fit a song about a mother, unless used in the "hot mamma" phrase

hmm, maybe you are right and GTSW wasn't first supposed to be the 3rd single... like AM was first supposed to be the 3rd single of 1F&4T. maybe they shoot the same vodeo for two ANDHC-songs and then decided to release GTSW...

Think about it this way.... the version that was released has Chrysler and Photoshoot video clips in it, thats more or less to cover up these shots that were taken out!

 

Also, if anyone has any SERIOUS questions regarding the video, list them here clearly and I will forward them on and get a reply from the directors assistant...

during the post production phase, all film stock is put through a DCP telecine process.

 

during this phase the film is converted to video (for example 25fps) and the chroma and luminace levels are balanced between set-ups.

 

it is at this point during the DCP process the colours can be enhanced. these days this is seriously considered as a genuine part of the creative process conducted by highy skilled operatives.

the lyrics r so emotional...it's about that special bond between a mother and her daughter , and what do we see in the video?! celine's new car , her beautiful legs and that amazing house - it doesnt have anything to do with the story of the song

apart from the car thing, i think it's very appropriate to the theme of the song, since it's about how sad it is to loose one's mother, and the video gives me the feeling of the loneliness i think you feel after such a big loss......that's why she's in a big empty house...just my opinion anyway...
