I voted for the Juno performance. It's the one that made me finally like the song. Most others are too mechanical, although I really like the one from the Millenium concert as well. But I haven't heard a few of those you listed (the two Gala ones and the Incognito).

Definately A L'Olympia. That was the first time I ever heard this song and I've immediately fell in love with it. It's one of my favourite songs ...

Uh lol Difficult question. The first time I heard this song was the Olympia version and till today I think this is one of the best versions of this song.

I love the Juno's version also, the performance was really good.

 

I'll vote for the Olympia version.

Voted for the Millenium performance. These two voices fit so much. There were a few from the list i did not seen before.

I chose the Juno performance for the least obvious reason: that small inperfection it has, the one that determines Celine to push herself to the limits and sing the song more than perfectly from that second on.

 

If I had a second choice, that would surely be the Millenium performance, for two reasons:

1) the same fragility she has in her voice

2) I love Bruno's way of singin' and, like sander21 said, the perfect way their voices melange... I think they should have recorded the song on CD

To me, the duet with Bruno Pelletier is the best !!

Bruno started so well and so so powerfully that I wondered how Celine could pull this out ! And Celine started singing, and that was brilliant.

Celine's voice is (was) the best. Noone can outsing her. She cannot go as high as some singers, but she has such a "full" and powerful chest voice that she doesn't need to.

I'm just watching her performance at the Olympics, or the one of God Bless America at the Superbowl, and that's just wow !! Noone can sing like that (even Celine today), no matter how "high" they go !

 

That's why when some people come saying Celine only has 3 octaves, unlike many other singers who have a lot wider range, it's true but so misleading concerning Celine's voice !

Celine has more than 3 octaves. But she doesn't use that range often, cause she use full chest voice mostly.

I voted for the Junos althought it was a difficult decision between that and the Millenium version. I loved the power of Celine and Bruno combined, but theres something about the way she sang it at the Junos that gives me chills. Its like she was acting it.
