New Ballad For "A New Day..."

Christ this IS a hard decision...Je ne vous oublie pas (not much of a favorite though i like listening to it) makes sence to be added to the show ofc...But then again...its french and many ppl don't understand french.

I LOVE s'il suffisait d'aimer and the rest french songs but i would disqualify them for the same reason.With the current state of her voice i thiiink (i haven't heard so much of her live in "A New Day..." so i 'm not sure but i think ) power ballads would be better than sensitive ballads like falling into you.

Now to make the list shorter ...i love the "All the Way" album and it has so many tracks that haven't gotten the proper attention + i don't think that adding older songs is a great idea (i like them (not THAT much) but i don't think they're what the show needs)

(as i look at that list maybe it has to do with the fact that i wasn't so involved with music before 1998 (12 y.o. then))

 

Another song i could see in the show but not part of the poll is "If walls could talk"

many "pictures" in the song...it'd be nice to be visualized in "A new day"

I loved this topic but I hated to answer it! My favorite songs are basically the ones you put as options...

I voted for I want you to need me because it's a song I've never heard her singing live, and because I love songs like this, when you love so much that it even hurts... But I love also Then you look aT me and forget me not... L'abandon is also great! Oh Gosh!! That's pretty difficult!!!

The Greatest Reward is surprsing me by getting so many votes. It's a good song and all...but even Celine and her producers decided not to include it on All The Way back in 1999. It was simply added as a filler in 2003 to One Hear.

Oh yeah! Thank God. I was confusing it with I Know What Love Is for some reason! Whoopsies. Yeah, I like The Greatest Reward....but still not as much as Then You Look At Me or SSDA.
