Celine wax figure revealed on 500th show in Vegas

Hey guys, I'm in Vegas the weekend of the 500th show for my first time seeing Celine and I've read a couple of times that they plan to have the statue unveiled before that show- do you have any idea when the date will be confirmed? It would be unbelieveable to see that! I'm away all day Saturday the 6th May at the Grand Canyon so I'll prob damn miss it!! :pinch:

Celine's statue will overtake the Canyon as one of the wonders of the world! Hehe

Céline's second wax figure was shipped last Tuesday from France to Las Vegas where it will be revealed on May 7th during Céline's 500th "A new day..." show. According to the ******.com the figure will look like Céline did on March 23th 1998 at the Academy Awards. Just like the other figure this one is also holding her arm on her heart. Above you can see a picture of Céline from the Oscars 1998.

Official Unveiling of Second Celine Statue
April 13, 2006

The official unveiling of Celine's second wax statue will take place on May 7 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas as part of the 500th show celebration. The statue, created by Le Musée Grévin, will have on Celine's dress from the 1998 Academy Awards where 'My Heart Will Go On' (Love Theme from 'Titanic') won the Oscar for 'Best Original Song'. Celine's first wax replica, on display at Le Musée Grévin in Paris, has been one of the most popular attractions at the museum since it was first unveiled over two months ago. The second statue will remain on display inside The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

I think you can take photos inside The Colosseum, just not inside the theater? :unsure:
