Each year, the winners are chosen through a poll given to the readers of the Review Journal. Celine was unable to attend the awards ceremony, which took place last night at the Luxor Resort Hotel and Casino, because she was performing in her show A New Day... , however she did accept her award with a video taped message. All proceeds from the awards show tickets benefited St.Jude's Ranch for Children.
