I don't have a credit card and my budget is very very low. (Gah... I don't have a job) I need a web host that supports whatever scripts (most importantly PHP, Javascript, Perl, CGI, MySQL...) and media (mp3, videos...). Bandwidth: >1 Gig, Storage: >200mb So I need help here, can you guys recommend a few dirt-cheap web host? Thanks a million! Muah! Ah and yes: If I don't have a credit card, how do I pay?
