I adore the song.My dream is that this song will be on the upcoming Celine album with the same instruments, all,but in english.I know that this song is wrote by Celine, but I don`t know in which language was wrote originaly:in english or in frenchs?Anybody knows?

I didn't hear the French version sang by Marc Dupré! (just a clip)

But I think she wrote it in English first, for Anne-Marie's wedding!

It started with something like:

"Drop By Drop" is not the english version of "Tout Pres Du Bonheur". It's an unreleased track written by Céline, mentioned by Céline herself in For Keeps.
