Looking for a perfect quality DVD of...

I had it and lost it! I could just kill myself, and I have to get it back. Is there any kind fan on the forum who would be willing to burn me a copy on DVD? I would gladly pay for all costs (blank DVD's, postage, printing, etc). Please!!! I'm desperate to have it again!

I tried downloading it on my PC from the # Celine Dion Channel, but can't get it to work. I mostly work with Mac, so I'm stuck.

And no matter how desperate you are, it's almost technically impossible to have such an old video in PERFECT DVD quality.
