fred Posted December 30, 2004 at 07:50 PM Posted December 30, 2004 at 07:50 PM Today I came to think about what can a celebrity such as Céline do to help in the horrible disaster in Asia: hold a quiet (where no applaudes are allowed) and no speaches between song (but instead messages written on a big screen) and calm emotional songs (like Vole, Seduces Me, Je Sais Pas, Where Is The Love, Miles To Go, Call The Man, In Some Small Way, Tears In Heaven and so on) performed in a toned down but yet respectful and emotional manner to honer thos who were lost in this terrible disaster. The concert would be for free, but those who'd want to could give what they felt like giving. The show would be televised as a telethon. But with the main theme of being calm, toned down, emotional to give opportonity to stay and think and hono and remember those who're lost... Wouldn't Céline be perfect to hold such a concert? Those countries need much more aid than they have now, no better way than to raise more money than a telethon. What do you think are the chances of this happening?
