If it was you who was warned about the overuse of the sick smiley then you need to address this matter with the mod and/or admins in private instead of trying to make a big deal out of it here, if it wasn't you who was warned then that means you are just trying to cause trouble over something as ridiculous as someone else being warned for something that doesn't really concern you. Either way it appears that you have spent some time thinking about this and instead of taking the mature road and discussing the matter in private you have decided to create an entire topic to which no one else is really concerned with.
