Scores of Céline in the AC Top 104 of the year 2004:

Artist Breakout/Talent Proficiency

Ranked by talent proficiency, here’s how the “Top 104 Of 2004” chart (Currents and Re-Currents) could shakeout by the end of the year.

Six Songs

Celine Dion: “Have You Ever Been In Love?” (No. 21); “A New Day Has Come” (No. 30); “You And I” (No. 44); “I Drove All Night” (No. 80); “Stand By Your Side” (No. 99); and “Beautiful Boy” (No. 101).

She is the only one with so many tracks in the chart, followed by Clay Aiken and Daryl Hall & John Oates with 4 songs.

Forty-six percent (46%) of the projected Top 104 is comprised of artists with one song on the list (compared to 52% in 2003); 15 artists account for 29%; four make up 11%; two account for 8%; and Celine Dion represents 6% of the list.
