1Celine12 Posted December 29, 2005 at 02:43 AM Posted December 29, 2005 at 02:43 AM I just started this excersice called Tae Bo and it's been doing wonders for me. I've only been doing it since the 26th of December and I LOVE IT. What Tae Bo is is it's a form of kicking and punching excersices and it was created by a man named Billy Blanks and he is da bomb!!!! I LOVE Him. He is like a GOD in the excersice world. After doing it a few days I can really feel it start to work. If there is anyone who has heard of this, please tell me what you think and also tell me if you have tried it and if it has worked for you to shed the pounds. Quote

VanMerlin Posted December 29, 2005 at 03:24 PM Posted December 29, 2005 at 03:24 PM Well it's not new, it's been around for many years now, but people get a great result from it. I've tried it off and on but prefer kickboxing with a punching bag...more resistence and focus for the muscles. But yes, it works if you keep at it (although I don't have fat to lose, only muscle to shape so it may be different for me). But be careful to do it PROPERLY. You can easily strain and injure muscles if you get lazy with your form. Have fun!! Quote

1Celine12 Posted December 29, 2005 at 04:22 PM Author Posted December 29, 2005 at 04:22 PM You're welcome. Like I said, I just started it this week and it is doing wonders for me. Right now, I can really feel it starting to really work. That's normal for us beginners. If you do decide to try it, let me know and I can give you some encouraging words. Quote
