Halfway to Heaven. Great song, this is probably one of my favorite ballads on Celine Dion album. But my favorite song of all on the album is Did You Give Enough Love. I also adore Nothing Broken But My Heart. But this one... I mean, HTH... I love the music which is so tender and really soothing, I love Celine's pure voice and I definitely love the lyrics. "Halfway to heaven, let's go all the way, I don't want to give it up"...

The song is defanitly one of my favorite Celine songs. It's so incredibly smooth and relaxing, I can listen to it anytime. Kenny G's saxaphone fits the song like a glove, and I think this song should've defanitly been a single.

The song is mediocre, no great lyrics, not great vocals (definetly not Celine's best) and that saxophone is not really my cup of tea. A single out of this? would have been a total flop.

I think that this is Celine's sexiest song. It gives you that "in love--fluffy" feeling.

Always has been a favourite of mine.

I absolutely adore "Halfway To Heaven." It would have been nice if something more had been done with it. Perhaps have Kenny G appear for a special event so the two could have performed it together.

 

Man, the sultry imagry that could have been created for A New Day... when it comes to this song could have been amazing! I know deep in my heart that Mia could have invented some outstanding choreography to this number as well!

oke, this is the perfect thread for me. since day one, i am very open to express my adoration for this song. prolly one of celine's BEST SONGS EVER! (if not the best). celine's almost whispery voice made the song so sweet and classy. it's obvious that this song has a time stamp all over, but it's a true gem. almost every sunday, i hear this song being played by some radio stations here. there's something about this song that uplifts my spirit and makes me feel so happy. "celine dion" is the second celine album i bought. Kenny G.'s sax made this song sounds sooooooo damn good! ok enough, bear with me, i so love this song.

This is one of the songs that I instantly fell in love with when I first got this album. It's sort of upbeat but it also has that ballad quality and I love it. It's amazing.
