I was sooo nervous, but they loved it. But I made a fool of myself when I sat on the edge of my chair after that and I fell to the floor and the chair fell on top of me.

I read a survey once where people voted Survivor's Eye of the Tiger best workout song . . of course, I immediately downloaded it from iTunes, and it is amazingly energizing. My favorite Celine workout song is Destin, because I can't listen to it without wanting to get up and dance. Another favorite workout song is (of all things) IACBTMN -- because whenever she sings "Baby, baby," I picture her in the video, where she's running through that castle, and I picture the Vh1 pop-up video ,which at that moment popped up a bubble about the Canadian record in some Olympic running event. Also, if you're pathetic like me, you can run during the intense parts and walk during the slower parts 1

Talking about songs, I find it amusing when you listen to a song for the first time in such a long time on your iTunes or music device, and then you listen to it again in the most random place. Two days ago I was telling my hubby that I don't really like Paulina Rubio, but I love "The One You Love" and so I played it. Today as I was coming from the beach, I went to a cigar store I almost never go to, and they had it on the radio. And it's a very old song and it was not really popular. 1
