You should try and find something to help you disconnect, like aerobics, a hobby...

yeah it doesn't really help. it's been years like this. it comes and goes. i don't know what to associate it with my life but i feel the same like i felt in my first years of school (and back then i had no friends and was a failure. now i have things to lose) and i tried to enjoy it and leave it at that but it doesn't go away..

It sounds a bit complicated. I hope you'll find the inner strength to make it all go away.

Have you tried relaxing with complete quiet time? (I know that sounds old but sometimes I just need alone quiet time)?

thank you luis. it's not so complicated, it's just complicated to make it stop.

it's the opposite of what can help.... :( quiet time (which i don't have anyway) makes me sink in thoughts...

:w00t: No wonder you applied for sous-chef. B)

I wish I had a vegetable garden. The only thing I could cook is my cats' bush and pretend they're chives.

Yes, that's too much tongue whipping with that emoticon. Hehe

Yes I'm trying to grow corn but something eats it before it matures. :sniper:

Does it taste like chives? I've never heard of it. Other than from you.

Corn is difficult. Probably you have some locusts that eat it.

I think we had some corn in our yard in my country, but it brings that nasty plague.

Sherri, another trivia question for you:

What does Del's lobster and Sherri's locusts have in common?

No, the answers were:

From the real world: both lobster and locust in Luis' Spanish language are called "langosta"

From the delusional world: both lobsters and locusts can leave you in-Del-ible memories as you try to beat the crap out of them either to eat them or because they were eating your corn.
