Work tomorrow, Thanksgiving at my uncles Thursday, nothing that I know of Friday but my sister will probably come up and visit. I finally got my new waterbed mattress in, its freezing cold. Gotta give it a day or two to warm up.

Added a new skin called Parler à mon père with a color-picker on the top right. Change to any color you want. :w00t:

Something new changed...again...now I have to click on the topic because it says What's on your mind right now, pinned 3270 pages. It no longer allows me to click on the page I want which also means that I can't read all that was on the last page I missed...this is not working I'm outa here. Sorry to be such a complainer you guys I'm really not ungrateful & I really love you so much & that's why I'm fighting so hard to stay here but no matter what I/we do, it's just not working.

Thanks eternally for everything, peace & love to all...if you want to contact me, you know how to do so...I just can't do this anymore...

Something new changed...again...now I have to click on the topic because it says What's on your mind right now, pinned 3270 pages. No, don't go! I changed your theme to "Mobile" to see if it helps. I changed it back to the default now.

To change, click on "Change Theme" on the bottom left of the forum then Parler à mon père.

Looks like this:

Click on it then a popup will come up, choose the color you want from the slider by dragging it up/down on the right then you can choose the pattern by dragging the little circle around on the left. :thumbsup2:

I have a suggestion. It would be nice if there were a topic on the main sections of each of the language areas which explains the main changes the forum has gone through and a quick tutorial or explanation on the new things that are being added.

Don't leave, Christina. I know it's hard (well maybe I don't since we're using two different setups), but Vic and the others will help you figure things out.

ok, now it's time for me to show my complete lack of understanding when it comes to visual things.

What is a skin? Is it like a background picture that you pick to show on all forum pages? Or am I totally wrong haha.

I like the idea of a forum tutorial, or a page that says this is where you go to do such and such, like changing your skin, theme, etc.

I've studied a loads of subjects during my academic career but never finished anything. Now I've narrowed down my options into two - Molecular biology or English philology. Which one should I choose? I love the language but the theory of MoBi is extremely interesting. In my studies of both subjects I've only a thesis short from Bachelor's degree. Can't decide! :doh:

So it seems that Safari has some issues with the forum's multi-quote feature as it overlaps it for weird reasons. Chrome is more suited it seems :hmm:

I LOVE the new theme Parler à mon père! It's gorgeous and I love that I can pick my own color

I forgot about the new white t shirt and little half sweater type thing with the cut out design on the back I bought for cheap at Rue 21, I'm gonna wear that to Thanksgiving at my aunts tomorrow. Looking forward to stuffing myself on all the yummy food and deserts she's gonna have!

Awwww, thanks guys. Cheryl, you are so sweet. Thank you for saying that. I knew I surprised you, Kelly said the same thing. Thanks also, Roxanne. You're amazing. I love those two songs right now also...lately Le Miracle has been in my head too it's such a catchy song/tune/elody. I love it, I love her, (always have but it's increased/intensified 1000x since the new album!!!!) & I love what the lyrics mean. It's so beautiful & so meaningful/inspirational/true.

OMG you guys, I know it's Thanksgiving & all, but my roommate (who's really cool) her boyfriend & his cat just got here tonight & he will be staying till like Sunday or Monday. I am going to go INSANE!!!!!!!!!! I always feel like a burden/in the way when this happens, like I should/have to stay in my room out of their hair whenever there are 3 of us here...not that this is a small house or anything like that all by any means, but I just can't quite shake it...plus I have to keep my door closed whether I'm in or out of it because of the cat...Now don't get me wrong, I Love Cats, I even immitate them quite well, but they get in to Everything!

Anyway, as much as I hate this, it's her house & she's more than allowed to have him here as long/often as she wants but oh my gosh that's waaaaay too long for me...clostrophobia anyone? Can I interest anyone in some cat hair all over their clothing?!!! He's loud & he's a guy, that's not a very good reason for not wanting him here but, as someone here taught me to say, "go awaaaaayyyyy." Yuuuuuck. Boyfriends...now you all know why I ain't got one!!!!!!!! :lol:
