First off it started long ago where a peice of software wouldn't work here at tafe due to some firewall/proxy issue, taken ITS (IT servicedesk) over 13 weeks to sort the issue out and don't get me started on all the lies that went around with it. Then it got to the point where I almost lost my personal email account: I got asked to go to 2 classroons pick 3 computers and test the software on then, if it didn't work make a note of the computer ID and email it. So I was logging into my email account and putting the computer ID in an email and on the 6th computer I got locked out of my personal email account. Managed to get it back in the end but it was a huge shock though. After all of that, got fed up with it and put a complaint in: got told to email someone else about the issue.... Therefore not getting me anywhere. In the end got everything sorted out but when I went to do the exam for Microsoft Outlook 2010, I failed badly yep I can pass every trial exam thrown at me, even got asked to do 46 questions in less than one hour. The first day of school was really fun even if it is the beginning of th end... My teachers are ok and I actually have friends. I saw S today... I think I scared her... I'm happy to have seen her though. The evening at Nicos was fun! It's just annoying how everyone wants us to go out. We just saw recently when two people in our gang go ou and things don't work out... Must start working on my map of Africa (we have a map where we have to write each and every country!).
