samart Posted June 9, 2012 at 07:52 PM Posted June 9, 2012 at 07:52 PM The moment I officially "broke up" with my "friends" because of Celine is finally here and I don't regret it for a moment. We would get together about twice a month for drinks and we would usually listen to some pretty generic music and artists they liked. I would also put a Celine record once in a while for myself, even though I knew they didn't particularly like her. Last time I played only one (!) song by her, however when I tried to put the "I'm alive" video on today they went crazy and said to turn it off and that they absolutely hated her and were fed up with her...I can only assume they had been thinking about her the whole time before our get-together...Of course, there were other factors but that was the last straw...

I hate that cause most of the songs or artist my friends listen to I don't like, but I let them play them anyway. Now, when I want to play some Celine they are like "no, we don't like her" I made it clear for them once, and then they changed a bit. But it is hard, how selfish people can be sometimes !! On a side note, I've just found out that one of my old friend's brother died today by falling when climbing a mountain So sad news !!! Cases like that always make me wonder why some young and active people die so soon and so suddenly and some people have depression slowly eat them away until their old days...doesn't make any sense...

Thanks Chris He was too young... Only 19... He was Argentina's Karate Champion and was about to go to US for the World Championship to represent our country... Loved sports and was such a nice person... It hurts me but it's nothing compared to what his family must be going through right now... And this just happened, so I guess it'll get even worse with time, until they find some comfort... So sorry to hear that. Cases like that always make me wonder why some young and active people die so soon and so suddenly and some people have depression slowly eat them away until their old days...doesn't make any sense...I know... And specially when those young boys have such a pure soul and only good intentions...
