I was at the hospital today (don't worry, I'm fine, my mother is in for minor surgery, everything is fine.) and when we were waiting, there was this little boy that came and sat beside us with his mother. It was so sad. He was about to have suggery. He was 11, he was so small, I thought he was like 5 or 6. He couldn't hear well, and he had about every other problem you could imagine. I was looking at his mother, and him and it was so sad! Then, Entre Deux Mondes came on... I wonder what happened to him... I felt so bad for him. He was asking a whole bunch of questions, he wanted a certain doctor but couldn't, he was on vacation... I'm still a bit rusty about the details and not getting political here, but just concerned. I for one receive that, and so many of my friends who are also blind/disabled do. If anyone feels like it, send a prayer/good thought to that situation that those in power do the right thing.Gonna make some calls though today to see if I can be proactive about it.
