Hahaha. ) And I'm so crazy.. See, I had a 10 hour work day today, so I stood on my feet for the whole day. Then, I was so hungry after the day, and also it was still super hot outside AND also I'm just coming out of a flu. And then, a completely sane person as I am, I decide to go running!! Straight from work. I mean I knew it was probably gonna be a bad idea, but I still went. And I was exhausted... Well mostly because of the heat I think. And now I feel like my heart rate STILL hasn't totally settled, I mean even though it was 3 hours ago already that I came home. Seems like I just can't learn from my previous mistakes.... So stupid. I hope that my body forgives me and that I won't get another flu or something..
