Went to the doctors, said I have to stay out of sports for ANOTHER week. Wow... this is ridiculous. I've stretched the ligaments in my upper-thigh.

 

At least this week is mostly testing :blink:

You know what helped me? Start with a very light cardio, like step aerobics, for a couple minutes, then go to stretching AND THEN to your kind of sports. I'm always having problems with my joints, since I work out a lot, but I found it very helpful!

Thanks! Yeah my doctor told me I have to build up to the level of work out I was before.

 

I play volleyball, so I'm in the gym every day for at least an hour and a half, then weight room on top of that for about 30 minutes every other day.

 

As a matter of fact, just a couple weeks ago, I had to sit out a week because of my ankle! You know what shin splints are? I had that, but on my ankle. Very painful :pinch:

 

It's just so hard to sit out, not to toot my horn, but if I didn't play much, then it wouldn't bother me so. But since I'm constantly playing (setter), i miss out on a lot -_-

I was watching the movie La Vin En Rose, Man what an amazing Biopic. Marion Cotillard is amazing as Piaf, she embodies her to a tie. I didn't now that Piaf had such a tragic upbringing. The supporting cast is also amazing and the director as well. The make-up is phenomenal, as well from making Marion look young, middle age, and old. Truly an amazing biopic, of one of the greatest Singer's in France. :thumbsup2: :thumbsup2: :wub: :yes:

Just finished my Yoga final, pretty sure I aced it. Working on my womens history final when I get home have to finish it by Monday or Tuesday and turn it in.....gotta work on my Japanese research paper too.
