Belle Céline Posted February 23, 2011 at 08:51 PM Posted February 23, 2011 at 08:51 PM So I just got my grade on my paper I wrote the other day for Japanese history and I got 95 out of 95 on it so I got an A and the prof wrote 'Good job' in the comments on it that's awesome! It's the first actual assignment we've really had in the class. I'm glad I did good on it. “There’s nothing I love more than the romance of a night in the theater.”http://i39.tinypic.com/ws0due.png

Belle Céline Posted February 23, 2011 at 11:41 PM Posted February 23, 2011 at 11:41 PM Congratulations!! Good for youThanks, I wrote three pages for my juvenile justice paper tonight and its not even due till next week. I've got the first two or three parts to it done. I still have one or two more to go. Then I need to get started on another paper for Japanese we have to watch this two hour video from PBS and summarize it and answer some questions. I want to get as much of this stuff done as I can. I've realized procrastinating can really really get me in trouble “There’s nothing I love more than the romance of a night in the theater.”http://i39.tinypic.com/ws0due.png
ashleylovesceline Posted February 23, 2011 at 11:49 PM Posted February 23, 2011 at 11:49 PM Ugh. I'm gonna lose it. I have enough health problems as it is, and now my cat is having problems. It's just too, too much.
dj4celine Posted February 24, 2011 at 12:52 AM Posted February 24, 2011 at 12:52 AM (edited) I feel like jumping off the balcony right now OK, not gonna do it in real, but you get my drift Edited February 24, 2011 at 12:52 AM by dj4celine
Acacia Posted February 24, 2011 at 01:06 AM Posted February 24, 2011 at 01:06 AM It's breaking my heart, but I think I can kiss my March Vegas vacation goodbye http://oi52.tinypic.com/2aaavxd.jpg ♥ Thank you, Céline for giving me the greatest birthday I could ask for! ♥
ladylindsey Posted February 24, 2011 at 01:53 AM Posted February 24, 2011 at 01:53 AM whatttt? what happened?
Acacia Posted February 24, 2011 at 02:40 AM Posted February 24, 2011 at 02:40 AM It's not certain, but I think I finally got a job. I'll know by next week, and if I'm offered the job I don't know how I could turn it down. The hours are ideal and I have had no luck with job market. This job could be real good for me, but it also puts my vacation in jeopardy. I don't see how I could take time off my second week of work. I'm also worried about April. I"m just so disappointed. I so badly want to meet everyone! http://oi52.tinypic.com/2aaavxd.jpg ♥ Thank you, Céline for giving me the greatest birthday I could ask for! ♥
Alex_Incognito Posted February 24, 2011 at 02:46 AM Posted February 24, 2011 at 02:46 AM signed up for couchsurfing today, anyone have experience with it? Why yes I have Jimena. I've used it in Heraklion (Crete), Greece and Calvi (Corsica), France. They were 2 WONDERFUL experiences. The people that hosted us were fantastic and added to the adventure. "People pay 20-25 dollars to see you."- Céline Dion, 1990
ladylindsey Posted February 24, 2011 at 02:52 AM Posted February 24, 2011 at 02:52 AM (edited) tell them ahead of time that you've had this vacation planned forever and they should work with you on it! Esp with it being so soon. I was worried about a job situation as well but luckily I didn't have to turn them down- they never called me back I'm pretty sure they trolled my FB and read about the Oprah trip and Vegas and just didn't bother. which is fine with me. Acacia Posted February 24, 2011 at 03:06 AM Posted February 24, 2011 at 03:06 AM Well maybe I'm worrying for nothing. Maybe I won't get the job! who knew that could be a good thing. Sorry to hear that you didn't get the job you applied for. I worry about bringing it up because three other people applied. He could easily say, "well, she can't work on such and such dates. I'll just hire someone else", but hopefully I'll feel better once I know if I have the job or not. Right now I'm just a nervous wreck about what direction this is going. http://oi52.tinypic.com/2aaavxd.jpg ♥ Thank you, Céline for giving me the greatest birthday I could ask for! ♥

ashleylovesceline Posted February 24, 2011 at 06:03 AM Posted February 24, 2011 at 06:03 AM Is Biffers okay? Today was a better day... he's moving slow and staying in front of the fireplace to keep warm. I just feel so helpless. He still very stubborn and determined to do things on his own though... which is a good sign! It so needs to stop snowing and warm up already!!!
Belle Céline Posted February 24, 2011 at 06:13 AM Posted February 24, 2011 at 06:13 AM Harvey Levin just called Celine Dion phony on TMZ. Seriously? I just saw this online. Is it true? If so WTH is wrong with him? I thought he liked Celine? “There’s nothing I love more than the romance of a night in the theater.”http://i39.tinypic.com/ws0due.png
Claudette Posted February 24, 2011 at 07:18 AM Posted February 24, 2011 at 07:18 AM (edited) Our one doggie Simba is also getting old now and having trouble walking and stuff. Nala doesn't realize it, she is still young and wants to play with him. She jumps on him and sommer wacks him with a paw every now and again. Poor guy. We got some powder that you can put on their food. It helps for their joints. Edited February 24, 2011 at 07:19 AM by Claudette http://i993.photobucket.com/albums/af51/ClaudetteRobinson/esme.jpg
Belle Céline Posted February 24, 2011 at 07:23 AM Posted February 24, 2011 at 07:23 AM almost two thirty in the morning I think I'll go to bed now. Yay for no class at twelve thirty today, just my class at two. Though we have to give presentations and our professor wasn't thrilled with the work we turned in apparently. He didn't think it was 'college level' work. He basically gave no directions on the assignment other than to write a three page paper about the park we were designing on Microsoft Visio a program 95% of the class had never heard of or worked before. He wouldn't help us at all on Visio and then at the last minute he throws in a power point and we have to present it. Then he comes back after we turn them in and gives us a grading rubric and lectures us on how we need to look it over and go back and look at our projects and make sure we have everything. I went over mine and I have pretty much what he wants, he might take off some points for presentation length but that's about it I think. IDK I'm not worried I'm doing well in the class anyway. “There’s nothing I love more than the romance of a night in the theater.”http://i39.tinypic.com/ws0due.png
nano Posted February 24, 2011 at 07:50 AM Posted February 24, 2011 at 07:50 AM watched a really interesting document yesterday (tom of finland) "Today, I’m a person on a path of connecting with my source and understanding that I am on the leading edge of creation.."
Claudette Posted February 24, 2011 at 07:58 AM Posted February 24, 2011 at 07:58 AM (edited) I love being home alone. Have the whole house to myself and I can play Celine as loud as I want without mommie dearest having a fit and telling me to turn my music down. I made a dicision this morning that I'm not giving my solutions to the third year problems to them anymore. If they want it, they first have to show me their work. I don't care if it is incorrect, I just want to see that they at least tried. Yesterday, they just coppied my answers from the board. It does not work like that. When will they realize that maths is not a spectator sport. Edited February 24, 2011 at 07:59 AM by Claudette http://i993.photobucket.com/albums/af51/ClaudetteRobinson/esme.jpg
dj4celine Posted February 24, 2011 at 08:50 AM Posted February 24, 2011 at 08:50 AM I hate it when I panic and neither Celine nor Mylene seems to be able to calm me down

He’s not a good traveler at all, he gets panic attacks… and at his age and weight, it’s going to be a tough decision to take him in to see a vet or not. It might do more harm than good. I’ll just have to see how he does, and hope he continues to get better. I'm a worried mama. It's so hard to watch our pets grow old, even though its such a blessing to still have them with us.

It is called MobiFlex. But I see it is a South African product, so maybe you can ask your vet for something similar if you can't find it. You can give it to dogs and cats. We give it to Simba for his hips too. Apparantly chows get hip problems when they get older. So it should work for your cat too. http://i993.photobucket.com/albums/af51/ClaudetteRobinson/esme.jpg
