@Claudette

The breakfast will probably be some sort of danish or a bagel, yogurt, and a juice. No omelettes, unfortunately! LOL

I checked my flights by Delta from Beijing to Seattle would have lunch, Seattle to Beijing would have dinner. No meal for the Domestic flights. I would purchase some food in the terminals. They will offer complimentary peanuts, pretzels or Biscoff cookies, plus a selection of complimentary nonalcoholic beverages. They have on demand TV and they have USB power port on every seat. So it means I can even charge my iPhone on it.

I never had one till I was 23. I thought I was having a heart attack! At 23, and gorgeous!

Panic attacks are :( I used to have them as well in college. It does feel like a heart attack! Hot flashes and sweats and racing pulse. I haven't had one in a long time, which I am veryyy thankful for- they always confused me, never knew why I was having them other than I was kind of depressed at the time. I have had them start during classes before too and had to leave. Not fun.

I hope you feel better soon Anniina.

I have got to get my behind in gear. I couldn't sleep last night so I slept in this morning and now half the morning is gone and I am still not showered, worked out, or anything. :doh: Going to work out :ermm:

It really felt awful. I've been feeling so bad and maybe even a bit depressed for so long, feels like I have to take care of every single thing in this world and it's hard. Maybe the thing that finally caused the attack was the fact that I heard some sh*tty things happening behind my back. So I guess that was it :shrug: Too much is too much.

Back to school tomorrow..

And thanks Linds. :hug:

Feels so weird that the people around you can't believe you when you open up to them. They think I'm too bubbly and happy to have problems.

I have got to get some serious reading done, I have a test next week on the first three chapters of my juvenile justice book and I haven't even started on the chapters plus I have two writing assignments due for that class. As well as a quiz on this book about the triangle factory fire tomorrow and I still have like 88 pages of the book to read :doh: I need to get my butt in gear and stop putting this stuff off!

me too. What do I gotta do? Water from the moon? I mean I have a nice dress. I'll get my hair did and everything to fit in with the high rollers. I would even get my nails done for Céline and that's a BIG deal. I have a nail mini phobia- I can't handle manicures or nails of any kind. But I so would.

It is weird, because at the time you don't see what might trigger an attack, but looking back on it you're like, ohhhh yeah. I was so stressed, etc. I thought there was something wrong with me but apparently it's perfectly normal for your body to react that way under certain situations, so I guess it just means we're human! But it is very strange, indeed. I had to learn how to calm myself down because I didn't want to take any kind of powerful anti-depressant when I was sure it was temporary and I could work through it. Haha it was like having a serious discussion with your body, "Alright, CALM DOWN NOW. Nothing is wrong. Stop panicking. Picture yourself at a Céline concert.." :laugh:

I used to get them too, and still do sometimes, especially when I reach a point where there is gonna be a change in my life or something. But I don't get it so bad anymore. I also never knew why I got them or understand it. I always had this strange feeling that something bad was gonna happen or something. But as time went by, I started to forget about it and stuff. And I guess like you said, you learn to calm yourself down or you reach a point where you know that it is unnecessary and that you are basically freaking out about something stupid. So your body starts reacting differetly. Now I sometimes just get a weird panicky sensation (but like for a brieve second or so). When I start to feel that I start drinking less coffee and take in less sugar and stuff. They say things like that can trigger it too. :shrug: Edited by Claudette

Human mind is just.. I've been stressing myself up for millions of years and haven't actually thought about it that much. It's just always been a natural way to handle things for me, I don't know. But I've been learning to looooose down a little bit and it makes things much easier.

Thanks for the tip, it's going to be useful next time I start to hyperventilate :laugh:

Vegas will be a nice break for a lot of us from snowy wintry mess. It would be cruel and wrong if it snowed in Vegas over spring break :laugh:

I had to chip at my windshield before I could see out of it. And then when I got to work, I couldnt make it up the little hill to get into our parking lot so I had to go around. 16,9 miles but that last little bit my car couldnt do. What the actual frack lol.
