Davey and John, you guys are too funny. I've never read sharper posts than your guys' posts. :sofunny:

 

 

I have massage at least once a week. But never did acupuncture.

I actually went this afternoon, and even though it was very relaxing, I don't think it is the same type of massage you guys have in mind. :shrug: This guy specializes in sport injuries and stuff. At the beginning I thought: ''Ooooooh no, this was a bad idea...'' because it was a bit tender. But as he was figuring out where the problem is and working with it it became very relaxing. I actually feel like I am on a slow go. :giggle: I'm pretty sure I'll sleep like a baby tonight.

 

He obviously knows what he is talking about. He showed me some exercises to do to strengthen the muscles, and told me exactly the same thing my doctor did: it is something that will take time to get better and unfortunately it is muscles you use for practically everything, so it can be painful and you can easily make it worse. So I'll just have to stick it out, there is no quick fix... But he did say what I'm doing with the hot water bottle is good, and suggested I also try ice. Ha! I am not putting ice on my belly. :crazy:

 

:lol: Maybe I'll try acupuncture next time. NOT! :P

Sometimes I wonder why I bother to keep going to my aunts house, she's so rude to me. I should have just left earlier and not went back. I was sitting on the couch minding my own business and my niece was looking at my Ipod and saw the Sugarland app and she said something about me having it and my aunt goes "Oh first it was Celine Dion and now Sugarland, she's gonna make hate them too." :rolleyes: Seriously? WTF does me liking Sugarland have to do with her hating them? I never talk about Sugarland or Celine around her because she just says rude things. Then I was sending a text telling people Happy Thanksgiving and she starts b*tching about how I won't put my phone down for two seconds and do anything that I just sit there while she does all the work :wallbash: gee I'm sorry, I take less than a minute to send a text so that means I won't help you do anything. Whatever.

 

Oh and I almost forgot about what she said when we were watching the Macy's Day parade, I was excited to see one of the balloons, I forget which one now but I said 'Oh look! There's so and so!' and my aunt proceeds to tell my sister "Oh Amanda thinks no one knows anything so she has to tell us everything, like we can't see the balloon." :rolleyes: Really? Wow I didn't realize saying oh look there's such and such balloon was me telling everyone everything because clearly they don't know. GKDSJF:SKJSIDYUSI :rant:

I slept through the night for the very first time in a long time. Don't know whether or not I was just tired or what, but I felt so relaxed and comfy. I didn't have to change positions every 5 minutes and my belly didn't cramp. I guess yesterday's treatment did help a bit... :) Edited by Claudette

Eat, sleep, eat, sleep....watch a movie....Trying to resist the pattern here. We will be up all night at this rate and can't do any shopping so booooooooo. My hometown is so boring. I really do hate coming home, just like to see the family. Happy Thanksgiving my little Celine turkeys :throb:

Don't worry John I'm a very careful driver. I just tend to go over the speed limit sometimes. :giggle:

And yesterday I was in no mood to hana hana... I was late and in pain, so I'll probably get the ticket in the mail. :lmao:

 

I'll leave the driving to somebody else in Vegas in any case, considering we drive on the left and there they drive on the right.

Can't believe my ex talked me into going to the mall so he can look for a TV :blink: I swore I'd never go out shoppin' on black Friday. If the mall is to packed though I'm gonna tell him forget it and have him take me home, he can go look himself lol I'm not cool with gettin' trampled, maimed or killed for anything.
