That may never happen The iPhone 5 will be launched around the same time next year as the 4 was launched this year, then maybe the prices of the 4 will go down a little bit

They've been talking about Verizon getting an i-phone gor almost a year now. I doubt Sprint is in line to get one. And I dont want the HTC EVO since I dont live in a 4G market. Why pay an extra $10 for something I can't get? Maybe if they upgrade Omaha to 4G then I'll get one of the 4g phones. Plus Im over HTC, I thought they were supposed to be hot s*** but all they are to me is a hot mess.

Then go for the Galaxy S if you're itching towards Samsung. It's the latest from their stable and seems to be packing quite a punch feature-wise. But if it were me, I'd never get it, I mean, 4 inches of a phone.. jeez, won't even fit my jeans pockets Bad thing is that you're on a CDMA network and that kind of limits the number of phones available out there

CDMA is more common here. I don't even know if all AT&T phones are GSM... The only carrier for sure that is 100% GSM is T-Mobile. And I'm not getting a new phone anytime soon anyways. I am barely under a year of my contract as it is.

that's right apple is never cheap....the price for the iPhone 4 in Mexico is close to 1000 USD just for the phone, or if you get a plan the phone is 500 USD + 70 USD monthly fee for 2 years minimum.

 

i got my nokia phone for something like 40 USD and works fine i can go online on it too.

I'm pretty sure AT&T is 100% GSM. The rumour about the iPhone on Verizon is confirmed by Wall Street Journal today. Eddie, I think you don't have to pay $10 for the 4G, it's optional. My Droid is running on froyo 2.2. The web browser rocks! It loads web pages a lot quicker than 2.1.

Go with Android instead. iPhone doesn't have Flash support like Android. Plus, Apple is so full of themselves, I'll never get an iPhone. I prefer open source software, you can do so much more than the iPhone.

What's the fascination with the iPhone? Is it because it's for "dummies" and the good looks? Steve Job thinks 3.5" screen is adequate for everyone. I'm glad Android sales overtook iPhone in the US and will continue to dominate.
