After the healthissues with my father I had to say goodbye to one of my best friends a couple of months ago when he suddenly passed away... Last thursday we said goodbye to one of my closest co-workers who passed away after fighting for his life for several days after he suffered a bicycle accident... And less then an hour ago I received a phonecall that another dear friend passed away yesterday... She commited a suicide attempt last thursday after continues struggles with her boyfriend who drove her to suicide... She was in the hospital since then but yesterday she gave up the battle... Though her 3 little kids gave her enormous amounts of joy and pride it seemed that the struggle was to hard for her... We went on a holiday together last year when I organised a trip to the USA for fire & EMS personnel (she was a paramedic at our firedept) and we had a lot of joy and fun, it were also 2 weeks free of fights, struggles, etc... She had a wonderfull time and we were planning allready to do it again but only with the 4 of the same firedepartment, she really looked forward to the next trip... And so did we since her presence was enough to have a lot of fun... Damn, I'm going to miss her really much ...
